  • Extend, edit, and merge video content
  • Access multiple AI video generation models
  • Download watermark-free, production-ready video content

User Accounts and Registration

1. Account Creation

To access certain features of the service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@seedance2-ai.net of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Account Eligibility

Credits and Payment

1. Credit System

Seedance 2.0 operates on a credit-based system. Video generation consumes credits based on factors including video length, resolution, and the AI model used.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different credit allocations and feature access levels. Plan details, pricing, and included features are described on our Pricing page.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed through our third-party payment providers (Stripe, Creem).
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan (monthly or annually).
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

4. Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods unless specified in your plan.
  • If you experience technical issues that prevent service delivery, please contact our support team for resolution.

5. Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Content and Intellectual Property

1. Your Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you upload to Seedance 2.0, including images, videos, audio files, and text prompts.
  • By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and use your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

2. Generated Content

  • Videos and other content generated through Seedance 2.0 using your inputs are owned by you, subject to the limitations of applicable law and these Terms.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

3. Platform Intellectual Property

  • The Seedance 2.0 platform, including its technology, AI models, user interface, design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Seedance 2.0 and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform without our express written permission.

You agree to use Seedance 2.0 in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Prohibited Content Generation

  • Generate content that depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the exploitation of minors
  • Generate content intended to harass, threaten, defame, or harm any individual
  • Generate content that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
  • Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate deepfakes or deceptive content intended to mislead the public or cause harm
  • Generate content that violates the privacy rights of any individual

Prohibited Platform Use

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or proprietary technology
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service without our express permission
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, credit restrictions, or security measures
  • Share, resell, or redistribute account access or credits to unauthorized parties
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the service
  • Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these Terms or our content policies. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEEDANCE 2.0, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM:

  • YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
  • ANY CONTENT GENERATED THROUGH THE SERVICE
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA
  • ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT ON THE SERVICE

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seedance 2.0, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
